Can I tour the studio?
We will try our best to accommodate a tour but cannot guarantee it. We provide images here on our site to give you the most accurate description of our studio spaces. Please reach out and we will see what we can do!

Are cleaning supplies provided?
Yes, there is a cleaning cart in the studio. If you need to use our cleaning supplies to clean cake smash mess, please bring your own cleaning supplies and notify us first.

What is the booking process?
Simply click the “Book Now” button to reserve the studios. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email. You will get an email about how to enter the studio 1-2 hours before the booking time. If you have any questions, please email us at momentsinstudio@gmail.com

Is the studio pet friendly?

Unless approval is obtained by the Studio staff. A non-refundable $40.00 cleaning fee is on top of booking charge.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Once booking is confirmed, there are no refunds. All fees must be paid at the time of booking. ​If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate and apply your credit to be used within ONE YEAR of your session. Your credit cannot be split between multiple sessions. Rescheduling requests will not be approved if cancelled within 48 hours of your session.

What can I use in the studio?
Everything you see in the studio is yours to utilize unless there is a sign on it.
