Terms&Conditions Cancelation/Reschedule - In the event of an illness or misadventure, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. MomentsIn Photography maintains the right to reschedule at any time should it become necessary but will do our upmost to negotiate a mutual acceptable rebooking. The request must be made no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled booking. MomentsIn Photography does not accept cancelation or reschedule due to cloudy weather. Heavily rainy day sessions can be rescheduled. Late Policy- MomentsIn Photography understand sometimes things happen outside of your control to make you late for your session. MomentsIn Photography will do everything we can to accommodate you, but unfortunately it will limit the time allocated for your session. Raw images - MomentsIn Photography does not deliver images that have not been edited to the highest professional standard and to the style of her portfolio. *Clients are not allowed to apply any filters/edit to MomentsIn Photography's photographs under any circumstances. Editing - MomentsIn Photography's editing style is timeless and true to color. For lifestyle Family/Maternity/Newborn Sessions and Mini sessions, MomentsIn Photography will provide edited photos. For all the In Studio Session, MomentsIn Photography will provide edited and retouched photos. (Edited photos include color grading, contrast and brightness adjustment. Please note: Skin retouching and body shape slimming are not included. Retouched photos include color grading, contrast and brightness adjustment, background correction, skin, hair and makeup retouching. ) Payment - Full payment of your session must be paid before or on the day of your session. Online Gallery - Client's online gallery will be issued in three weeks after your session. For In Studio Sessions, once your gallery has been issued, selection of images must be finalised within 21 days (unless agreed otherwise). MomentsIn Photography will provide you with assistance if required in choosing your images. Once your final gallery is ready, you will have four weeks to download your digital photos. After four weeks, your gallery will be expired. Travel fees - No travel fee for locations within 19 miles from MomentsIn Photography's studio. Any location is 20 miles away from MomentsIn Photography's studio is $0.59/mile both ways. Reshoot: MomentsIn Photography does not offer reshoot because of your kids' non-cooperation. Copyright: MomentsIn Photography retains the copyright on all images and reserves the right to use the images for advertising, display, publication, social media and/or other purposes for our portfolio. Digital files and previews remain the exclusive property of MomentsIn Photography. Under no circumstances, can a client use these images for profit, commercial endeavours, professional display, or in competition. Copying, snap shotting, saving or scanning images from the clients gallery, MomentsIn Photography's website, or social media sites is considered stealing. If client steals images via any method listed above, or any other method, client will be invoiced for the cost of EACH digital image client has stolen, at photographer’s current price per digital file. SHARING images and links on the web from its main source is highly acceptable and encouraged to show family and friends your beautiful images. Liability: The client is aware if they choose to print their images through a personal chosen lab that the quality of the end result print of the digital files delivered is not under the control of the photographer, and frees MomentsIn Photography from any liability for any potential claims whatsoever based upon discolouration in the end result. If MomentsIn Photography cannot fulfil this contract due to fire or other causality, or beyond the control of the photographer, or due to the photographer’s illness or emergency, then the photographer shall return any retainer to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. MomentsIn Photography is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves safey during the session. I have read and understood this agreement, including the terms and conditions, and agree to be bound to them.
