Studio Rules

 

No outdoor shoes

Please be advised that outdoor shoes are not allowed in the studio rooms for the safety and cleanliness of the space. Photographers and team members are required to bring indoor shoes or wear shoe coverings during their stay. For wedding shoots, kindly ensure that your shoes are clean before entering the studio. Additionally, please avoid standing on the furniture to prevent any damage. A fee of $40 will be charged for any damages incurred.

No early drop-offs allowed

Please consider setup and cleanup time when booking. Back-to-back rentals are common, to ensure everyone has a smooth experience, please vacate the studio promptly at the end of your rental time or let me know in advance if you need an extended rental. Please remember that our studio rental time is strictly enforced.

 

No sublease or time sharing

Renters should not sublease or share time whole or any part of rental space or assign the agreement in whole or in part of rental space.

 

No alteration

The Customer shall not make any alterations to the Premises without the prior written consent of MomentsIn Photo Studio.( Please feel free to move the furniture and wall decorations for the photoshoot, but kindly ensure that they are returned to their original positions by the end of the shoot.) All garbage must be placed into garbage cans.

 

No alcohol permitted on the premises

Liquor of any sort is not permitted to consume on the premises. If a member of your party comes to the studio intoxicated, we reserve the right to ask them to leave the premises.

 

No pets

Unless approval is obtained by the Studio staff. A non-refundable $40.00 cleaning fee is on top of booking charge.

 

No smoking or drugs

Smoking (including recreational drugs) is not permitted on studio premises.

 

No smoke bombs, liquids, vaping, powders, smoking or open flames may be used in the studio. Cake smashes are allowed with restrictions. Please bring your own cleaning supplies and notify us first.

 

No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls.

Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file.

 

No operating large machines, conducting cooking or using flammable liquids on the premises without the written consent of MomentsIn Studio. No special wiring.
