RESCHEDULING and CANCELATION POLICY
Once booking is confirmed, there are no refunds. All fees must be paid at the time of booking.
If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate and apply your credit to be used within one year of your session. Rescheduling requests will not be approved if cancelled within 48 hours of your session. In the event of studio closure due to weather restrictions, renters will receive a credit for the amount paid, which must be used in a single booking within one year of the original scheduled rental date.
Length of Use
Your rental period begins and ends at the designated times agreed upon during booking. This includes set up and break-down time. Please ensure that the studio is cleaned and vacated by the end of your rental period. Any additional rental time will be billed in hourly increments. All equipment and props brought into the studio must be removed by the end of your reservation time.
The Customer will conduct themselves in a business-like manner; proper attire will be worn at all times. The noise level will be kept to a level so as not to interfere with or annoy other customers.
Cleaning & Trash
The Customer is responsible for leaving the premises and all fixtures in the same condition as they were found. MomentsIn Studio will dispose of the trash in the provided cans. Customers are responsible for discarding larger items, and additional fees may apply for excessive garbage due to large sets. Please ensure that all items brought to the premises are removed by the end of your rental period. Any items left after 7 days will be considered abandoned and may be discarded or kept by MomentsIn Studio at their discretion.
* No smoke bombs, liquids, vaping, powders, smoking or open flames may be used in the studio. Cake smashes are allowed with restrictions. Please bring your own cleaning supplies and notify us first. (If you need to use our cleaning supplies to clean cake smash mess, $40 fee will be applied immediately to the Renter’s method of payment by which the Renter secured their Studio Rental.)
You may bring your own props. Should any of the above studio limitations not be followed, a fee will be applied immediately to the Renter’s method of payment by which the Renter secured their Studio Rental.

Responsibilities for Damages:
The Customer is responsible for any damage or loss to the Premises, Facilities, furnishings, and fixtures, except for normal wear and tear. The Customer must pay for all repairs and replacements, as well as any lost rental time resulting from unusable space. The Customer should also insure their own property on the premises. A $40-$120 cleaning fee may be added if the Studio is left unfit for the next Customer, subject to professional cleaning rates.
MomentsIn Studio has the right to create reasonable rules and regulations for the safety, care, and cleanliness of the offices as deemed necessary.
Studio Rental Membership
Unlimited time membership
Unlimited hours of studio rental time booked any day 8am-7pm
The bookings can be in the form of 2-4 hours only.
Bookings are subject to availability of the studio, which can be checked via the studio calendar.
The use of the hours is strictly limited to the client him/herself, and non-transferable
The membership will be automatically renewed at the end of the term. 2 week notice is needed to stop the renewal.
Client agreed to the Studio Rental Agreement.
Anyone who behaves against our Studio Agreement will be cancelled membership immediately. (The time used will be charged at the regular studio rental rate.)
Your membership starts immediately after checkout and is renewable one month from the start date.
